Young Carers
The Young Carers meet Mrs Smith once a term to take part in a variety of activities such as craft activities, games and cooking.
It is a chance for children to share with others their experiences of being a Young Carer and support each other to understand and celebrate their caring role. It is also a safe space to ask each other questions or share anything they find tricky.
